Safe and Sound

We are all safe and sound in Canada, many of you heard of our troubles getting out of Russia and some of you didn't have to panic..  but either way there is nothing to worry about now :)  We don't have internet in our own home so we won't be on much but when we get the chance we'll post some pictures :)  thanks for thinking about us...so nice to be here...

we are in Moscow, leaving tonight for a sleepover in Frankfurt and then we'll be flying in to Calgary tomorrow!   Yippeee!   So far the travelling has been enjoyable...  can't wait to see many of you soon!

Our Garage

David and mainly Josiah have been working like crazy, emptying out our apartment and sticking it all in our new rental property (that's why they needed a little break) :)  You wouldn't really believe it but this is one of the nicest garages in town :)  It's got plenty of room for all our stuff, and our van.  Such a great thing to be able to put everything in and lock it up and not worry about it.  3 more sleeps left in Tuva!!

We are busy packing up the whole apartment and putting EVERYTHING in a garage.  We decided it better to rent a garage and not rent our apartment while we are home in Canada for the 7? months.  We are down to sleeping on mattresses, eating off plastic dishes...it's actually kinda fun..like camping in your apartment :)  

We will be leaving here on Sunday, spend one night in Abakan, fly to Moscow, and after a few days there we head home to Canada via. Germany.  We are getting pretty excited!  Sad to leave our friends and activities like ballet and English Club and even our sheep but glad to get to see many of you shortly.

Only 15 days till we leave!  David is away doing one last consulting trip, he'll get back here and have 3 crazy busy days putting our whole apartment into Kongar-ool's garage.  The kids are I are working on having everything all packed up and ready to be moved.
